Born and raised in Toronto, Amy has a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto and is a certified Fertility Awareness Educator through the Association of Fertility Awareness Professionals. Amy is also certified as a Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner through Justisse International and is currently on the faculty at Justisse, where she is completing a three-year advanced training as a Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner Educator (HRHPE). Amy has been initiated into the Path of Pollen, a gynocentric shamanic tradition, as well as through Red Moon Mystery School. She is trained in Harner Shamanic Counselling and the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy.
